Hello
I'm new to the site and was just after some advice really. My partner and i have been together for nearly 6 years and we are getting married in June. We have decided a month ago we would like to start trying for a baby. I have some medical problems aswell just to make things complicated!
Does anyone have any tips on conceiving? I am also going to read the information on this site to.
