Hi Guys I am new to this site and wondered if anyone could help me with a little question????

I am breast feeding at the moment and have been expressing milk. Does anyone know the answer to this question...When I take the milk from the fridge and put it into a sterile bottle for feeding, how long can the milk stay in that bottle for???

Hi there I have BF my 2 kids and am a breast feeding counciller. You can leave it in the fridge for 24 hours. Alternativly you can freeze it. However freezing it does kill off some the natural antibodies etc in it but it is still the best way to feed baby
