Post subject: pregnancy yoga
My first pregnancy and trying to get some exsercise...
Can anyone recommend a pregnancy yoga class? I live in Chorleywood and work in Uxbridge, so anywhere in between will do!

Hi sun,
sorry I don't know of anything in your area, but I know you can get dvd's and books that you can use at home. Think I saw some in M & S, and in most book shops.
