the first day is horrible - BUT so are the first 2 weeks. Once you get past 2 weeks it gets a LOT easier.

Good Luck!

Its tough I did it for the two weeks I was pregnant but went straight back to the cigs afterwards. You have the best possibe reason to stop. Keep it up

Thanks for the wishes. I had half a ciggy tonight.... but that was it. I didnt want more... and I dont think I let myself down , if I can just keep this up then I will be fine. I think between killing someone or pulling my hair out and having half a ciggy ... its not too bad.

definitely - don't beat yourself up over little lapses. every single cig that you DIDN'T smoke you should be proud of yourself for.

keep going hun, and just keep thinking about your little bubs in there Very Happy

Keep it up hun. I've tried loads of times and "failed" but this time round I've managed to stick to it.

Like the others say, don't beat youself up about a slight hic-up.. just get back on track and you'll be fine!

The first 2 weeks are very hard but if you try your best to pre-occupy yourself you should get through it. Unfortunately for me I did pre-occupy myself by eating initially but I'm past that now.

Also if you're that type of person, get yourself a ticker which counts how many cigs you haven't smoked, how much money you've saved and how many extra days/weeks/months of your own life you have saved - sound funny but it's been a help to me.

Never Give Up Giving Up

Good Luck
xx

i agree with the first two weeks being the hardest
but also you have to focus day by day try not to
look too far ahead. good luck x x
