firstly i would just like to say hi i am new to this and any help would be appreciated My son is 6 & a half months and I have been told that the iron storage he was born with is almost gone can anyone pls tell me what kind of food I can feed him that is rich in iron He has only just started weaning, and he seems to be catching every cold going :?
