this is for any one who wants to be healthy or lose a few pounds get sum berrys such as stawberrys blackberrys n raspberrys wash them put them in a desert cup or bowl put sum natrual yoghurt on top wiv sum jordan counry crisps n there you are a lovely filling breakfast thats healthy and also satify your sweet tooth xx _________________

sounds lovely, but i have been told to avoid raspberries during pregnancy as they can cause your uterus to contract, resulting in mc...don't know if there is much truth to this, but couldn't just skip past this without saying something just in case it is true xxx _________________

I'd heard something similar but am fairly convinced I've gathered enough evidence to say this refers to raspberry leaf, rather than raspberries themselves; rasperry leaf tea is what you are recommended to drink when you are due to get baba out, so don't worry! xx _________________
