Post subject: Trying to finda web site that will tell me what my restricti
Hello everyone this is my first time chatting and I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am 6 months pregnant and I am trying to find a website that list what my restrictions are as far of weight limit I'm allowed to pick up. Bending too much sitting too much standing. My doctor gave me one and I could very well get another one but I didn't want to wait that long till I go back to my doctors I wanted to take a peek nw. If anyone could help me that would be great!

there's a list? blimey at 6 months I was working on the basis that if it's heavier than a chelsea bun I'm not interested Very Happy

Lol Devon, too true!!!! If you have to lift anything that actually takes effort, dont lift it!! I ignored my own advice and later in pregnancy it was painfull, couldve really done some damage if i had carried on.
