Losing Weight

Post subject: Losing Weight  Hi I went for my DI consultation but the rules have changed and I need to get my BMI down and lose 3stone before I can start. I have lost almost 2 stones already and thought this would be enough but they won't even consider me until I've lost the rest! I was so upset but am now focussed and lost 5lbs this week!!!! Am hoping to get there by June - so fingers crossed.

How is losing weight going? What is your BMI! I understand how you feel i was meant to be going into hospital the other day but my BMI went up 1 point and they said no, we will have to wait till next month they are so strick its frustrating! Post subject: Good luck with the weight loss its hard going but well worth it! My BMI is 29 so trying to keep it there or get it lower like banging your head against a brick wall sometimes though.
