hi ladies id just like to say congrats to all that have managed to stop.
i stopped smoking a couple of weeks ago now and it was really hard but i managed it with no patches or anything and ive still got my oh and my anty smoking around me all the time.
i am a little embarrassed that Embarassed i didnt stop as soon as i found out i was pg but the thing that matters is that ive stopped now.

i wish i knew there was support for stopping smoking on this website sooner though because i was like the exorcist the first few days hehe Twisted Evil
