I used the inhalator, but tbh I found in the end that I just had to use my willpower as I felt replacement therapy was just holding me back...in my case i suppose i just needed a clean break.
just think of all the good things about quitting...i loved smoking and used to poo poo all this stuff, but it's true, and it really is great to be a non smoker!
1 you smell better
2 you look better (in the long run you won't have as many wrinkles, etc)
3 you'll have more money
4 fertility improves (take note if you are ttc)
5 your oral health will be better
6 your chances of cancer and heart disease will decrease dramatically
7 you'll be able to breathe better
8 you will sleep better (nicotine sometimes causes insomnia)
good luck quitting _________________
