Post subject: maternity support belts
hi guys

new here first time forum member and 10 weeks pregnant as of today.

i was wondering if its ok to wear a maternity support belt to support my back. Its starting to pull and sometimes when i sneeze it hurts. All perfectly normal according to the midwife.

i was hoping one of these belts would give me some back support and was wondering if its ok to use in early pregnancy?
