Post subject: Lemon top frosty cake - so light and SUPER EASY to make!
75g caster sugar
75 self raising flour
1/2 lemon zest
Put all ingridients in a bowl together and mix, put into a greasproofed loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 30 mins.
Mix up 50g of granulated sugar and the juice of the lemon half already zested, when the loaf comes out the oven, spead on top, it should form a glaze, leave for 10 mins to set, then serve.
It's my favourite!
