250 grams brown flour
250 grams strong white flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp quick yeast
1 tsp sugar
325 ml warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Mix ingredients together in a food mixer with the dough hook.
Gradually add the warm water and finally add the Olive Oil.
2. Knead for several minutes.
3. Leave in a bowl covered with a wet cloth for 1 hour.
4. knead again for several minutes.
5. Put in a floured 1 pound bread tin.
6. Leave to rise for a further 40 minutes.
7. Finally, bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
THis can also be done by hand. _________________

half and half is my absolute favourtie! but i think i'm a little too lazy to make this, too time consuming with such a small baby, but i'll let OH have a go at it

II use my kitchen aid food mixer for it, its my fave appliance lol
I couldnt live without it serioulsly! _________________

Brown alone can sometimes be too dry when baking, so mixing it with some white makes a good blend. _________________
