Post subject: First Pregnancy and diabetic - and a newbie to this site. Hi
I am a newbie to this site, so thought i would introduce myself. I am Jane and am currently 16wks 5days pregnant, i have also got diabetes through the pregnacy. I am on insulin at the moment so injecting myself twice daily, plus taking tablets. Am feeling ok though and have my next scan on 22 May, i will be 18wks 4days - i am having my next scan early so they can check on the growth of the baby due to the diabetes. My first scan i was 12wks 2days and it was just amazing, and i heard heartbeat at 14wks again amazing. Well enough bout me, would be great to meet new friends.
