Post subject: feeding expressed milk
Im expressing milk and storing it in the fridge etc but i dont knw whether or not the milk needs to be heated or can i just give it to him straight from the fridge

You can heat it or just keep it cold!! Do not heat it up too much though..just body temp or slightly luke warm so that it is the same temp as it would be if coming from the breast...That way baby is more likely to be accepting of it from a bottle
