Post subject: ivf advice hi all well just a brief outline im not thinking ivf yet as my ds is only 5 months old but does anyone know what the age is for egg shareing i e max age you can do and also i know this may sound realy stupid knpow nithing about ivf doe it matter tht my tubes are blocked i e i was sterlized . xxxx

im just about done with my first cycle of ivf we thought about egg share and decided against ........you have to be 36 or under with a fsh of less than 10 (idealy less than  and must not be over or under weight .....and you must not have any fertility problems or have any genetical problems in your family ........
You dont need any tubes i have none .......they bypass the tubes if i was you id phone your local clinic get them to post you all the info they have and have a read and think about it ...... all the best x x x Posted: Sat May 23, 2009 7:48 pm
Post subject: Hi hun, the HFEA website can tell you all the clinics near you that will accept egg share, I would get the ball rolling soon as there can be some waiting for referral, appointments and being matched to a recipient .
