I got my little boy i adore him he is 18months old going on 18 years old.!! im ready for another baby now, i went back work part - time after being there 4 years and when i went back i was given no work, so basically my weeks work is done by 11am Wednesday morning!?!??! but thats a different story. Any ways im going to go back Full time and then have a baby, does anyone no how long i have to be full time before im allowed full Maternity leave with the good pay? Post subject: I'm pretty sure it's 26 weeks.
However, going back full time purely in order to up your maternity pay could be seen as a bit dodgy. Don't think it's actually illegal as long as you've done the 26 weeks beforehand - but I really really wouldn't let on to your employer that this is your intention!! Also - I THINK its 26 weeks before the end of the 15th week before Expected Week of Childbith - so you could in theory go back full time just a couple of weeks before getting pregnant. Not sure about that one though
