Sausage n veg hotpot

Post subject: Sausage n veg hotpot you dont have to use meat in this or you can change the sausages to some thing else.. same as the veg.
1x pack of nice sausages 220gms of pasta 1x tin of tomatos (or carton) 1lilter of veg or meat stock made up 1/2x sweet potato 1-2x carrotts 1-2 red onions 3-4 mushrooms 1x parsnip a dash of red wine (if ya like) some herbs.. basil mainly but its t what ever u cook meat wise. a wok, or hotpot pan thngy to cook it in! cut all of your veggys up into small chunks brwon off the sausages or other meat. fry off the red onion and then add the veg keep cooking untill the onion is nice n soft- add herbs and then the tin of tomatos stir well. add the stock n stir well n then add the pasta cover n silver for a bit untill the veg is starting to go soft add the sausages keep on a simmer for abour 20-30 mins making sure every thing is cooked through. adn there you go! eassy simple heartly dish! _________________

Post subject: thats okie! i cook it alot as its cheap n easy n its one of them things that u norm have in the cupboards.. some times it can taste bland thou... so its just a case of adding stff to give it more taste x
