Post subject: Spaghetti Bolognese
Sorry it took so long had to feed rowan.

Right here goes

Ingrediants:
500g mince
1 large onion
1 Red pepper
handful of mushrooms
1 oxo cube
2tbs of worchestershire sauce
tin tomatoes
tomato puree
1tbs dried mixed herbs
100ml red wine
2 carrotts
1 cerely stick

Chop - onions, pepper, mushrooms, carrotts and celery.

1. Brown mince with oxo cube crumbled over the top.
2. Once browned add all copped ingrediants
3. put in the rest of the ingrediants stir and bring to the boil then simmer for 45 mins.
4. boil in salted water pasta or speghetti and bake garlic bread.

serve with the rest of the wine in a very nice big glass

well i brown the mince and add my special ingrediant ....dolmio sauce....

then cook spagetti and serve....
my oh does the cooking in this house

ok i have
1 large onion (chopped)
red and green peppers (chopped)
500g beef mince
chopped toms
tom puree
woster sauce
mint sauce
garlic puree
salt pepper
mixed herbs
1 oxo cube

i cook the onions and peppers first for 10 mins then add the mince to brown off
once browned off i crush the oxo cube and add,the salt and pepper,mixed herbs. then i add the tom puree and the garlic puree and mix all together
add the chopped toms and mix all up. add some table spoon of woster sauce and a tea spoon of mint sauce once again mix up.
leave to simmer for 30 mins
cook paster 15 mins befor serving
THEN ENJOY Very Happy

haha this is what i do when i jsut cant be bothered! but i like cooking though
likeing the post! getting ideas! wont tell my oh where im getting it from lol

Brown the mince
Put into a saucepan
add medium onion, chopped
One tin of chopped mushrooms
A small ammount of frozzen garlic
A big spoon full of tomato pure
One can of chopped tin tomatos, fill the empty can up with water, swish it around and put in the pan
A sprinkle of mixed herbs
One oxo cube
Then bring to boil and leave to simmer for about 30-40 mins
At the end I add a small amount of cornflower to thicken the sauce

Mines a bit different but it's my fav thing to eat so well tried and tested!

1 pack of beef mince (or lamb mince if you fancy)
5 rashers of bacon, with the fat trimmed off and cut into strips
10 medium button mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, diced
2 tins of plum tomatoes
A couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce
A couple of dashes of Balsamic vinegar
Half a glass of good red wine
A teaspoon of basil
2 teaspoons of Oregano
1 clove of garlic crushed.
Spaghetti

Fry the onions slowly until transparent and the garlic, move to a saucepan.
Fry the mushrooms and bacon, move to the saucepan.
Get the pan good and hot and brown the mince, move to the saucepan.
Deglaze the frying pan with the red wine and add to saucepan.
Throw in the tomatoes, herbs, balsamic, and worcestershire sauce and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for an hour or so.
cook your pasta and serve. Yumm, diddly yummmmmmmmmmmm

Thats just how i do it Very Happy Cant add mushrooms or onions as my husband dont like them Rolling Eyes plus as he dont like pasta i have to stuff his in pitta bread while the rest of us has pasta
