Morning - I am not going to say "Good" morning as we've had another terrible nights sleep!

Our little girl is now 15 months old and is still not sleeping through the night. She goes down for her naps and at bedtime without a fuss but seems to wake 2-3 times a night and cries and cries. We use to just give her a dummy to settle her back down but we have now have disposed of all dummies (she bit through the last one) and are trying to stay away from them.

Any suggestions on how to make it through these restless nights? Sometimes it can take hours to settle her. She doesn't respond to patting - this seems to make it worse. Any other ideas?
