Hi Darlin,

I am so so sorry to hear what you have been through over the last week. I havent read another thread saying more about how your current pregnancy is going or whether you have decided on a course of action so I am presuming you are still pregnant and deciding on how best to treat your babies illness!

I am not the type of person to tell someone else what to do but do you think that you are reacting in shock and fear in deciding to have your remaining embryos destroyed. Would it not be better to give yourself until you have had your baby or at least until you have had a chance to take some time to decide whether its really what you both want. Remember there is no going back on such a huge decision and if (I know its a huge if) you ever decide to try again you are really back to square one.

I remember in an earlier post how brave you were about the whole IVF route. You managed it without too much hardship. Its so terribly unfair whats happened to you both in recent days but time may mean you may want to try again. I would really suggest you take a little time, sort out your current issues and then look at it again.

Again i am so so sorry for your heartache but maybe deal with one thing at a time. I dont know if i would be able to look at things coldly in the same situation (easy for me to say looking in I know)

Take Care hun.x

Hi Sharon hun,

i actually agree with Teresa here. Maybe you should just hold off a while. There is no going back and its a big decision to make when you are still reeling.
Give yourself time hun - you dont know what is around the corner. I'm just being realisitic - you really dont know what is going to happen. You can always have them destroyed in 3 years anyway. I can't imagine what you are going through - you are being so brave.

Love Julie xxxx

i also agree with theresa, i donated my eggs several years ago as the lady could not produce any anymore, i would hate for you to be in the situation where you have come to terms with what has happened and regret being a bit rash with your decision, sleep on it for a couple of months - it will make no difference in the long run hun xx

Sharon,
i completely agree with them and if in time its still what you wish to do then at least you would of made the decision without any pressures. All the best for the future hun x
