Post subject: My best friend has crohns and also has a beautiful, healthy little girl who's nearly 2. Since she has had her she hasn't had a single flare-up (thought she was having one last week, but turned out to be a 24hr bug
 ). I know it not quite twins 
What are your fears  I'll see if she can help
