Post subject: Treacle tart recipe 120g cornflakes
25g butter 100g wholemeal breadcrums 400g golden syrup Lemon rind and juice 1.Crush down the cornflakes 2.Melt the butter and add cornflakes 3.Place in a 20-22cm flan dish, put in the fridge for 15 mins to cool 4.Add breadcrums to the pan used for the butter 5.Add syrup, lemon rind, and juice, on a low heat, stir for 2 mins 6.Pour into flan case Bake at 180 deg for 25 mins, take out, leave to set.
