Another thing to consider as well... If you mum is a willing babysitter, it`ll be good to get Leon used to staying with her from an early age, that way as he gets older he wont have any 'seperation anxiety' at being left with his nan, it will be perfectly normal for him and having a bit of time for yourself, in my opinion, makes for a better, less stressed mum!

Leon will be fine with ur mum and im sure ull have a great time going out!!
Just make sure u dont do what i did on my first nite out after having lewis...... I got absolutely steamin drunk and was sick in the toilets alll nite! LOL!!! embarassing My BF was going round saying' dont worry about her, shes just had a baby!!'

hiya ladys i had a really gud night out. came home at 12 cse i was up at 6 with leon but the highlight 4 me was... in the morning i came n got leon of my mum. and as soon as he heared my voice he was smiling 4 about 5 mins. i was in tears it was amazin. he had missed me lol.
i did get a lil drunk tho oooops but drank water from 11 x

Can't wait to have my first night out, will be a while for me as am breastfeeding so need to get to the point of expressing etc before I can. Glad you had a good time. Well done you for getting out so soon. So sweet that Leon missed you. Really can't wait until Poppy starts to smile.
