unfortunately i found out 3 weeks ago that i am diabetic. im struggling on what i can and cant eat!!! ive been told what to have and what not to have, for example, i was told weetabix is good for my breakfast as it wont make my sugar go high but infact it does the opposite. it makes it go very high!!! i have to think before i pick up any food n i cant figure out what to snack on during the day... it has become really hard!!!

oh n im 29 weeks pregnant. First pregnancy!
