hey divu

some babies don't like bland foods, so you could try her with something with a lot of flavour and fragrance - maybe try pureeing swede or carrot with fresh basil and a bit of chicken? Isaac loves fresh hebs mixed into his meals, and strong flavours like salmon with fresh dill. You could also try roasting vegetables before you puree them for more flavour - marrow is in season and has a lovely flavour when roasted.

If you are stuck for recipe ideas, try Annabel Karmel's complete meal planner. You can buy it in Boots and ASDA - or online.

hi divu,
I think Hero baby products also good. Try my fist meal in it. If not try wholesomebabyfood.com. From that u can get new ideas of food receips. Main thing is u have to find and give what he likes. so keep on trying differant types of food. Don't worry. Good luck Very Happy

hunter went off solids for several weeks while he was teething, would only eat baby custard so even though it wasnt ideal, thats what he had. In between teeth he goes back to solids just fine and trys new things without a 2nd glance, as soon as a tooth begins he goes off again. Im not worried about it now, he will get his appietite back when his body is ready.
