what benefits should i be/can i claim now i have had my little man?

I have just sent off my form for child benefits (£20 a week), but what else should i be looking into? I dont think i qualify for much because both me and my OH work full time (obviously im on maternity at the minute).

I know the government give you something (£250 is it??) for a childs trust fund but how do i apply for it?

I know i probably sound really stupid asking but ive never been told by midwife etc and have no idea where to look for information?!
