I have a cheesecake mix but it says i need to add soft cheese.

Right i may sound thick but what is soft cheese? Embarassed

Yeah any supermarket cream cheese will be fine or if you want ultra yummy cheesecake go for the mascarpone. It's all pregnancy safe as pasteurised and sealed.

Yeah either Philadelphia or I sometimes use Asda's own brand, as someone said above, the same stuff but half the price xx

found this on google, its the soft cheese thats SAFE in pregnancy

Soft and processed cheeses:
Boursin, cottage cheese, cream cheese, feta, goat's cheese without a white rind, mascarpone, mozzarella, Philadelphia, processed cheese (such as cheese spread), Quark, ricotta.

if thats any help to any one cause its been a good help to me, couldnt live without some cheesecake!!
