I have a packet of pastry mix that needs using up before the end of the month but I dont know what to make with it???!!!

tart is easy peasi!¬

roll out the bottom, stick that in the thingy (whats it called, the round thing arrghhh - um tray thing)

bung in the jam

make long strips of pasty and cris cross them over the top, put some egg on the pasty - makes it shiny I think

jobs a good un!
