Hey all, hope you're all well tonight!

I'm weighing up my options and trying to decide whether we can afford for me not to go back to work after maternity leave ends or whether to go back part time if my bosses allow it. My decision will depend on what and how much benefits I will be entitled to. We own our flat but are hoping to move to a bigger place soon, my partner works full time and I have one child. Anyone know where I can find out what and how much I am entitled to?

When I left work on maternity leave I thought I would love to go back but my daughter is just the most beautiful thing and I don't think I could bare strangers looking after her plus the fact I will probably be going to work to pay someone else to look after her and not have much left after we have paid the child minder. If I went back part time, I would like to work around my partners job so that my daughter will have one of us with her at all times.
