1.Cook a jacket potatoe as normal in the oven.

2.Mix up mince and onion (and or veg whatever you use) in a pan.

3. When the potatoe is done, hollow it out, put the mix in, put the potatoe on top, add some grated cheese and pop back in the oven till brown.
