Does being sick affect your ovaries?

Post subject: Does being sick affect your ovaries? I know this may be a very silly question, but I was recently VERY sick with flu. In an attempt to get better, I was well-medicated: Tylenol PM and a z-pack. I also know that my most fertile days are coming up within two to three days.
I know we alway try to be careful in prepping our bodies before conception, but is this also true about taking medication????? Does having been sick with the flu and taking all this medication affect my ovary for this month? Should we wait to try again next month and skip this month? Post subject: Hey, you'l probably get more answers if you repost this in talk or trying to conceive.
Im not sure about the medications when trying to conceive but as i said if you post again in the correct topic im sure you will get lots of help with your question. Hope you are ok xxx
