Hello ladies,
So the novelty of POAS twice a day on the opks has worn off Laughing Laughing Laughing does anyone recommend taking temps? I might start to do this, looking on ebay they are about 4 which isnt bad as a one off fee!?

thanks

I do both and temps are good for showing when you've ov'd but if your sleeps interrupted or you have a drink or get too hot or cold they can be unreliable and sometimes mine doesn't rise until 2 days after I've felt ov pains , between both together it gives me a pretty good idea of when I ov'd but on it's own not sure how much help it is for ttc Confused

Thanks for that nat well I have started using straight away and this is so far what I have:
CD18 36.8
CD19 36.08
CD20 35.76
CD21 36.15
CD22 36.06
CD23 36.06
CD24 36.21
CD25 36.51

Does this look like I am taking them right? I have a really good app that I use and it shows my temps going up is this right? xxx

It's hard to say without the first half of the cycle , but they can fluctuate after ov'ing and sometimes you get a second peak about 7 days after your ov peak as well , I struggle seeing a pattern when they're not on a chart Confused They don't have to keep rising after ov so as long as they are higher than before ov it's fine x

Your supposed to do it at the same time but you can just take off .1 of a degree for every 1/2 hr you delay it by , that's if your taking them in fahrenheit , not sure what it is in celsius/centigrade

If you've not had a plus it's probably just a one off high temp, your temp doesn't normally rise until after you ov , Good luck x
