I like to snack on junk food, but i am also trying to find healthy options, have you tried houmas and carrot sticks? mmmmmm love it I also like to snack on crisps so i tend to try and buy the diet ones so i know i am not over loading on the calories I would go down your local book store or libary and see if there is a healthy snacking recipe book available?! good luck hun!! xxx _________________ ![]() ![]() Posted: Sat Nov 27, 2010 8:35 pm

Post subject: I love tahini! - homemade, fresh, without all the preservatives and [*@!#%*].
You could try avocado dip - just mash it witha fork, add salt, and oil, and if you want a little lemon juice, garlic and coriander. Nuts are good too, i also snack on bananas, grapes, fruit, and cereal And make a small salald to dip bread in,- i use lebanese bread, such as tomato diced mixed with sea salt, olive oil, and whatevr i feel like adding that i have on hand - olives, garlic, a little cucumer, sprouts, fresh parsley, coriander, a little grated carrot, or vinegar. or lemon juice, and a little flaxseed oil (Very healthy - has omega 3 and 6).
