Post subject: How did you find out you were pregnant with twins?? Hiya..
Just wandering how you found out you were pregnant with twins?? was it through fertility treatment?? are twins in your family ?? I ask this because at the age of 39 I am pregnant.. (almost 5 weeks) I dont have twins in the family.. but have read that my chances of having twins may be increased due to my age?? I must admit..I dont mind if it is twins!!... also if you have had single pregnancies as well .. did you feel more sick etc in the early stages of a twin pregnancy?? Post subject: Hi i have twins on my side of the family but they have skipped 90yrs and then i fell with twin girls who are now 22weeks!!! Was a total shock but a very very happy day:) Never say never!!!!

Post subject: Hi Angel, I will watch the replies with interest as im also 39 .....AND about to complete my IVF in the next few weeks AND there are twins in my family AND my OH's family AND as my OH is African we are even more likely to have twins
At the end of the day i would be happy enough if we could be blessed with one

Aww sounds like you may have a chance of twins... Post subject: Hi! I am 35 years old and 34 weeks pg with twins (non identical girl and boy) I conceived naturally and twins do run in my family on my Fathers side. I suffered terribly with morning sickness up until approx 30 weeks and was told that this is because I was carrying twins. Good luck to you and I wish you a happy and problem free pregnancy

Post subject: I'm 30 in a few weeks and I'm 16 weeks pregnant with non-identical twins. We had IVF with ICSI and two embryos transferred, so that's caused our twins. Although, both my Mum and my Husbands Dad are non-identical twins, so perhaps we could have had them anyway?!
My friend has just had non-identical twins and they were concieved naturally. It was a total shock to them as they have no history of twins/multiples in their families! _________________ <a><img></a>
