Think I am due around 10th June. All feel a bit unreal at the moment. Is 12 week scan compulsary everywhere now? With my little girl they would not give you one if you knew your dates....might have to lie!! Good luck to everybody. as far as i am aware in the uk the 12 week scan is a normal tihng to have but i agree with u i would tell a fib and get that scan !

i live in leighton buzzard, bedfordshire i havn't had a booking in appointment yet, my midwife doesnt do that until the 8 to 10 week mark !
i had cramping too and i am sure my boobs are bigger now !

Ive been waiting for this midwife appointment since i found out last wednesday its driving me crazy i just want to go NOW lol. I spent the first few days realy off my food but now ive eaten like a pig the last couple of days lol.. I hope I dont get the sickness.. Although i would realy like the cramping to stop.. makes me paranoid lol.. I had been reseaching maternity pay.. i know what u mean bout wanting to see the midwife i feel exactly the same ! i have mid morning sickness thing till i go to bed, i just gag alot, gone off foods and also smells make me feel worse but its not as bad as it has been in my other pregnancys so i know it can get alot worse than this, feeling really yukky and sure my hubby is sick of my moanig already ! ha i should be v grateful i am preggy and embrace the sicknesss ! _________________ Posted: Mon Oct 18, 2010 3:50 pm
Post subject: Hi ladies
I havent been on for a few days. Just letting it all sink in that I'm actually pg! Has anyone been getting any symptoms yet. I've had: Cramping Excessive thirst (could this be diabetes or is too early to tell?) Boobs are growing (already) and are really sore! Tiredness It also hurts if I stretch too much! But no morning sickness!!!!! What has everyone done this early on in the pg? Ive been taking the folic acid and booked my 1st app with the midwife. Anything else I need to do? I've also been arguing with the OH about when to tell people! I want to tell everyone now and he keeps changing his mind! Sorry for the long post but I also want to say good luck to all and that I am looking forward to going through this with all of you and hopefully we can all be of help to each other a bit as well! xxxxx _________________

This is my first so you sort of know a little whats happening lol. Scary stuff though eh haha. When are you seeing the midwife... god i hope i like mine haha. Its the other way around for me.. all i get is dont do this and dont do that.. im only looking out for you bla bla haha... he calls it an ALI-BEAN.. since he was shown a photo of it at this size and says it looks like an alien ... lovely haha
FUTUREMUMMY88 Its still sinking in with me too... How long was you trying for? I was trying for just under 2 years. The cramping is realy bugging me my boobs are sore too, they are a fair size anyway so when they press against something they kill Also i was running to the loo once a morning for a few days which was not nice... normal apparently though...
Im taking folic and we'v already told all of the family and a few people at work... im letting my office know today so i cant see why eveyone cant know.. it keeps slipping out anyway hehe. most pple know really, children couldnt keep quiet and i told pple too !

Post subject: Hoping4Hope- i feel so guilty- it was our first month of trying, I feel so bad cos I know you and many other ladies on here have tried for so long so I sometimes feel like I dont deserve my bean as much as other ladies do!
I've got my midwife appointment 28th Oct when I'm 6+4 I think. Im a proper saddo as well and I've got my baby names! I know there is a forum for names but has anyone else been thinking? I swear I'm going on as though I'm 39 weeks pregnant lol- just hope I'm not jinxing it! xxxxx ps and my posts are prob just gonna get longer:S _________________

Post subject: wow loads of new ladies in here welcome and congrats,
still not feelin good at all this sickness is horrible i wish i had never said couple weeks ago i wont to feel sick so i know im pg bllllllgggggggghhhh.... can only drink sips of water and eat hardly anything never got it this early with my son........ only 6 days till my next scan cant waitto see how much bean has grown, awww futuremummy thas brill that you fell on your fist month, we had an app on wednesday at the hospital for hubby and they dont know im pg yet as still early and was bout his spern and they said the only way we would have a baby would be throu ivf so am so happy we are here after a very long 18months hows everyone else today??? xx _________________
