Well it's gone quiet in here, i guess you are all taking care of your babies or delivering them! I am jealous of you all. I am now 8 days over due, got an appt tomorrow where they will do a sweep and hopefully arrange an induction by the weekend. Getting closer and closer to being a July mummy... Post subject: Ah Alison, I thought I was going to see a post saying that you had given birth.
I had lots of Braxton Hicks yesterday and lots of back pain so DH didnt go to work thinking it was all about to start only..... it all stopped and Im still PG!! Only 3 days and we will end up being July mummies. Im just fed up of every time I phone someone or they phone me the first question is 'have you had him yet?'. If I had given birth then surely I would be shouting it from the rooftops lol. Hope your sweep goes ok tomorrow and you get better results from it than I did xxxx _________________

Post subject: I am still very much up the duff too
 . Had my sweep on Friday- obviously didn't work! But having been losing my plug since. Was up the hospital last night as I thought my waters had been leaking. Got another sweep while I was there so hoping 2nd time lucky...if not I got my term+10 app on tues where I will get yet another sweep and booked in for my induction. I am a prime example of no matter what you try baby comes well and truly when they are ready! Right now Im sticking 2 fingers up to curry etc haha. Here I come July!_________________

Post subject: Hi again,
Back from hospital appt and pretty good news. I am 1-2cm dilated and cervix nice and soft. Had a membrane sweep too (which i found really uncomfortable) So hopefully that will work and i'll go into labour naturally in next few days. I can have another sweep on friday with midwife if nothing has happened. I also have a date for induction... monday the 4th of July when i'll be exactly 42 weeks. So i'll be a mummy on monday at the latest. 
Really want to go naturally tho, I want a water birth but won't be able to have one if induced. COME ON BABY!! We are also now thinking of changing the name we'd choosen for a girl, as i thought of another one in a dream last night! We thought we'd got it sorted but i guess not now!

Post subject: Congrats to all the new mummies, did anyone turn into july mummy (iv not been on for couple wks so apologies)? My little girl arrived on 14th in back of ambulance 2mins from hospital doors lol weighin 7lb 2oz . Al healthy bf every couple hours so dont get more than half hour sleep, shes gorgeous so cant complain too much x[/b]

Post subject: I'm a July mummy! My little princess was born tonight after the quickest induction ever, nearly didn't make it downstairs to the delivery room. I should be asleep but I'm buzzing too much lol.

Post subject: I turned into a July mummy too! My little man was born (unplanned at home!!!) on Friday 1st July at 8:35am weighing a teeny 5lbs 15.5oz which was a total shock cos he was 6 days late! Will get my birth story up soon

Post subject: Well hello ladies..
My due date was 23rd June and that came and went. I'm now 11 days over and totally fed up. Going to be induced Thursday 7th July if nothing happens before then. Hope everyone is doing good and babies are here. xxx _________________
