Post subject: 10/11 days period long
i had a period 04/11/2010 and was on for 10 or 11 days and my periods only last 3 4 days. Has anyone ever experience this??? should i go to the doctors??? Embarassed

some woman do have longer periods though and its nothing to worry about, If you are worried maybe go and see the doc?

Hi,

I once had my monthly fun go on for 2,5 weeks. I normally am about just over a week give or take. I did go to the GP who told me that this sometimes happens and that it meant I didn't ovulate that month. When that happens you keep going untill you do.

Of course I don't know if it's the same for you, so it's always a good idea to see your GP with anything you're not sure of. It's probably nothing, but your GP is the best person to confirm this with you. Smile
