Hi

I am going to do some baking with Archie, Gingerbread christmas trees, we are going to decorate them with icing and put them into little cardboard boxes in tissue paper for the grandparents, aunties etc.
Gonna take photos of Archie helping and frame them aswell to go with them.
Anyway how long will the gingerbread last in the box? If I did it the week before christmas would they still be edible or should I make shortbread instead?
