I am stuffed up big time. Weighed myself for the first week in 3 weeks and I've put on 2 lb! I'm gutted, knew I hadn't lost but hoped I'd hadn't gained!
I really am back on track this week and I want to lose 3 lb so I can be back to where I was a month ago. I've already started doing a 20 minute walk on my lunch break every day and I am off to get my eyebrows waxed later which is a 30 minute walk (round trip). Now I just have to make sure I eat right!
Wish me luck girls.
Think we need to remind people we are here as looks like we may have been forgotten.

Welcome to the thread.
My only advice would be to eat as healthy as possible but not to skimp on your calories as you have a little person to feed.
If you want to lose/maintain your weight then my advice would be to speak to your midwife about it before you do anything.

12 weeks? Are you sure.
I saw my midwife from about 6 weeks.
I'm pretty sure you can see midwife any time once you preggers even if she hasn't booked you in yet.
Call the docs and ask to be put through to the M/W and have a chat with her.

Thats a bit naff, especially with what you have gone through previously.
I'd definitely contact the M/W yourself as I am sure she would be more than happy to talk to you, as she is there for all pregnancy worries including dieting.

Well ladies Im back on here now! sorry I disappeared for so long - not weighed myself for a while had a lot of problems and not stuck to it BUT I am back on to it today!
Bought a cross trainer at the wekend its now in our front room and its had a bit of action already
I am going to get back to it now, going to weigh myself in the morn and upload a new ticker then, went on my neice's trampoline (its in my back garden big 10ft thing) yesterday for half an hour now the weather is getting nicer and I enjoyed it, so thats it I have enought stuff to get me going again!
Just had a bad few weeks AF came and got me and I just felt really down so couldnt be bothered with dieting, I havent been rally bad and have still watched what I have been eating but not stopped myself being naughty!!
so here goes now FX I havent put loads on doubtful as I my work pants are still baggy, think the extra exercise I do helps, so will do my measurements and so on and weigh tommorow morn!!
good luck ladies - nearly summer think of all the lovely outfits we can wear when we get these extra pounds off! xxxx
