Anyone interested in resurrecting this? I've now had my little one so I am now back on the diet train. I've managed to lose 1st 6lb (20lb) in the two weeks since the birth which makes me 11st 11lb.
I am aiming for little goals this time with my final goal being 9st 7lb (133lb) however if I get there I may go for the ultimate goal of 8st 13lb (125lb). I think the ideal weight for my height is 8st 3lb (115lb) to 10st 3lb (143lb) so I think both of those goals are realistic and not going too far.
My first goal was to get under 12st (168lb) and I've smashed that (whoop) so my next mini goal is 11st 7lb (161lb) which is only 4lb away so maybe this week!
