Post subject: Anyone else News Years Resolution to lose weight? Hi guys
I have decided that this is the year I want to lose weight. Its not about shifting baby weight for me any more as its been too long for that. I want a Happy and Healthier 2011 so I've decided I want to be 9st 7lb so at 2lb per week that's 16 weeks. Whose with me? If you are, how about creating a ticker and have Saturday as our weekly weigh in? We can post our success and failures and support each other. This time 3 years ago I was 9st 7lb, I am now 11st 11lb, eeek so lets get motivated. Terri xx _________________

Post subject: im in dont know how much i weigh but even after visibly loosing lots of baby weight (size 10 up to size 18 now a 12-14!!!) i want to loose the weight but also tone up!! have been online with my friend who was an american gladiator so knows all about doing things like that he said small meals 5 times a day cut out carbs n eat lots of protien so for me he recomended for the 5 meals use protien shakes choc flavour -cause i love choc!! and excercise with either ankle n wrist weights or use those excersise bands , 3 times a week. walk as often as u can. eat chicken, turkey fish egg whites high protien stuff. and take weight, ur measurements and take a photo n put it in a draw , for the before and after!!! so thats me sorted. i want to be in hape for the summer!! cales etc being sorted tomorrow!! good luck ladies

My strategy is to just eat in moderation and watch my portion sizes as when I limit myself or cut something out completely I end up giving up, especially where carbs are concerned. I'm going to have a normal breakfast, lunch & dinner and snack on fruit and veg in between. I will treat myself to a takeaway once a week, at the weekend. I'm also going to use skimmed milk in all hot drinks and dance at least 3 songs a day on my Just Dance 2 Wii game. Terri xx _________________

Post subject: Me! and I don't have a baby to blame the weight on! I lost 3 stone 9lbs last year, and have gained about 11-12 lbs back (I stopped ww and had to start taking beta blockers)
I've been doing weight watchers as, although I understand the whole eating healthily thing, I go astray if left to my own devices so need the structure (and someone to tell me off lol) Good luck ladies x Posted: Sat Jan 01, 2011 5:21 pm
