well my fb weigh in was 11st this week, so looking good for saturday! Really hoping for the 10st 13lb but we'll see! Hope everyone is doing well and feeling good!

Am i too late to join? I need to lose about 2.5 - 3 stone Surprised I'm back doing the cambridge diet, i done it last year and lost 2.5 stone so i need to get rid of the rest Embarassed

let me know how many lbs you want to lose and i'll add you to the weigh loss update thread and basically we do a weigh in on a sat and post there to say how much we've lost/gained. this thread is for any chat you want to have about dieting etc xxxx

perfect thanks hun. yeah just sat (or as close as you can get if you're busy) saying how much you've lost/gained and how many lbs you have left to go (just cos sometimes i am a tw**at and add it up wrong Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing ) xxx

Well if you'll let me join, i weighed myself today and am 10stone. Want to get down to 8 n a half in time but want to lose 7lbs in the next two weeks for my uncle's annual party Very Happy If not more but we'll see. I'm not dieting and hoping to rely on exercise alone but am struggling to fit food in in the day with these three as it is. Been for a 6 mile walk with the kids today though and am hour run this evening. Have got an exercise bike and Nx exercise ball to tone up, and am also very lucky that my sister lives practically next door and has wii fit and a cross trainer and weights Very Happy

Also got an exercise dvd.. the Nell McAndrew one, and my sister has Rosemary Connelly and ministry of sound that i can use xxx

ooo can i join, i want to lose at least 17lb i weigh 12st 3lb at the mo and before i was pg i was 11.8 so i want to loose the baby weight and a bit more. My goal at the mo is 11st and im 5ft 5inch. I am trying to do more exercise and eat less junk food. How strict is the sat weigh in though as i can only weigh myself at my mums as i dont own scales but i should be able to do that most weekends. I really need to go out and buy some scales but all the ones on argos have really bad reviews. Can anyone recommend any? xxx
