Post subject: ok so i know i said i wasn't going to weigh in this week but whilst out shopping, i stumbled across a 'how fat are you machine!'
It said i'm 10st 11 lb, thats another 2 lb off

Post subject: Weighing in a day early as going away today
 Well I had lost a pound when I weighed myself Wednesday, but back on scales today and I have put it back on again, not sure how as have been pretty good this week?
Guess I'd better put myself down as staying the same, so still 6lb to go. _________________
