Post subject: Can I please join?
I want to loose 14lb! Double hard for me as I started diet yesterday and have gave up smoking too! Not sticking to religious dieting but cutting out cakes, biscuits, chocolate, butter and eatting a bit healthier. Good luck all  _________________

 I blame having to eat a mcdonalds a kfc and a chinese while elouise was in hospital and when she got home as no access to healthy food, so deserve a gain really so cant complain! better luck next week lol xx_________________  Posted: Sat May 07, 2011 10:28 am
Post subject: Sat 7 May Hi ya
Sorry I havent updated in a while, I took a wee break from dieting as I was losing heart. Then one day I jumped on my mom's scales and they gave a totally different reading to mine, so I took them home. I've been comparing them against my scales pretty much daily and in the course of this I moved my scales from where they have been sitting. My scales now sit on a hard floor and measure me much closer to my moms scales (and the doctors for that matter). It turns out Im at least 3 lb lighter than I thought, and AF came this week which lost me some weight without trying
I now have lost 11 1/2 lb, so that leaves me with 23 1/2 lb to go  _________________
