So happy for you hun! Your last few posts brought tears to my eyes. When will you start introducing her to family? Or have you started to now? X

I have really enjoyed reading your story, bought a few tears to my eyes with the last couple of pages. You have decorated your little girls bedroom beautifully, so calm and relaxing in colours and design. Possibly also very cheeky of me to ask but where did you get the gorgeous wall sticker from?

Lou so happy for you!! I read through your whole journal last year as we were trying to make the decision about adoption and your journal was what made us choose to go ahead with it. I bet your over the moon to have her home with you Smile and I bet Christmas was magical.

We called the LA on Monday to ask for our first home visit from a social worker to start the ball rolling. Hopefully in a few years time we will be as blessed as you are. Pickle is very lucky xxx

Lou I called my LA and told them we wanted to start the ball rolling. They are going to arrange our first visit from a social worker. Thanks again Lou for being so kind as to share your journey.

I have spend all morning reading your adoption thread from start to finish, what a journey! HUGE congratulations on your little girl, I cant believe the length of the process Shocked I have a single friend who is going through the adoption process at the moment and her journey is similar to yours with the SW moving goalposts/adding in more visits/assessments/lifebooks etc etc, you know, you have been there!

Just wanted to express my pleasure at reading your posts and the final outcome of becoming parents, thank you for sharing, off to get some tissues now, hubby is asking why I'm crying Laughing xxx
