Hi,

In need of some advice. My daughter was born with special needs and is due to have another operation in Aug. I am due back to work in June after my maternity leave finishes, but i am considering going back to work early, as been imformed that my SMP will finish in April.

I will be able to go back to work until the operation date, as my father in law has offered to look after her until then.
Would i be entilted to any fiancial help as i think my daughter will need special care after operation, so not sure if id be able to go back to work
