hi me and partner are trying for baby i was just wondering how far along can u be befor they stop you flying x

i think its 32 weeks -ish?? not completely certain on the rules, but i went abroad when i was 13-15 weeks with my daughter and from wot i remeber i think MW sed it was 32 weeks. xxx _________________

Different airlines have different rules. Most require a doctors 28 weeks upwards (some say 30 weeks upwards) and the doctors note must be valid so they will not accept you for travel if 6 weeks have expired since written for going and coming back. If a multiple birth some may not accept you after 28 weeks. Now some airline won't let you fly past 32, some 34 and some 36 weeks if you are not having a complicated pregnancy. So before you book check with that airline first for its restrictions. I think most charter airlines like thomson/first choice will not accept you from 34 weeks onward. _________________

thanks just come off my pill so wanted to put my mind at rest just in case i get pregnant as we have holiday booked end of September. dose it matter weather it long or short haul x

I think it does, is there no info on the airlines website ? even if you got pregnant straight away you should be within the limits by then xxx
