I just wondered if anybody had done any of these ?

Its only been 2 weeks since i lost cody but it hit me today....& it hit me hard !!
My oh says i should go to the docs, but i dont want anti-depressants or information...i want to talk to someone or people about it - i dont really know where to start !

I had a little bit of counselling when i was younger and yeah it helped to talk to someone who was a stranger about my life.

I am really sorry to hear of your loss hun. I agree with your oh, i think you should go to the doctor but ask to be referred to a grief counsellor and they will be able to do that for you. After what you've been through, i think its important to talk things through and not just be put on anti depressants.

xx
