Sickness....

Post subject: Sickness.... Hi Ladies,
Hope your all well, I haven't been on for a while! Well after having no sumptoms a couple of weeks ago, that's all changed can't stop gagging  been like it for days now. Don't think I am going to be sick but the feeling of it? I had got some sickness bands and the only thing that helps a little is lemonade?
Has anyone else got any tips? Apart from the odd stomach twinge and tiredness, not feeling too bad! although I am ready to sleep at 7pm most nights

Post subject: i had similar with my first preg, turned into sickness but recently discovered i have gallstones which made things worse. ifound eating simple little and often and id feel sick the more tired i was xox
